When purchasing any of our products, they will be delivered to you at a preferential price with the courier company DHL.

The value of the transport service is calculated based on the weight in kilograms of the ordered products, as well as the value of the cash on delivery (in case this payment method is used).

All orders, placed on a weekday until 13:00 p.m., will be processed and shipped on the same day.

If you have chosen a delivery to your home or work address, your order will be delivered according to the service schedule of the courier company DHL.

All orders placed outside the office hours or on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on the first or second working day following the day of receipt of the order.

In an event of emergencies, ITRS International Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to extend the standard delivery period after an arrangement with the customer.

If a shipment is declined, the value of the courier service for returning the products to our warehouse is at your expense.
